Wine tasting dinner with Ramón Bilbao at The Ivy Dawson Street

On Wednesday, 26 February we will be hosting an intimate wine tasting dinner in the stunning surroundings of The Ivy Dawson Street’s private dining room – The Jonathan Swift Room.

Priced at €75.00, each ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival, a three-course meal, with a perfectly-paired glass of wine with each course, and coffees & teas post dessert.

On the evening, guests will be able to enjoy an exclusive talk from our event host at Ramón Bilbao, showcasing some of the finest wines from the Spanish owned winery. The host will be guiding individuals through these specially chosen wines with each course. The evening will commence at 19:00pm and finish at 23:00pm.

Starter: Steak tartare with Dubliner Whiskey – Hand-cut raw beef striploin with a Tabasco mustard dressing, cornichons, shallot, parsley, egg yolk and toasted granary

Main: Blackened cod fillet – Baked in a banana leaf with a soy and sesame marinade, citrus-pickled fennel, grilled broccoli, chilli and yuzu mayonnaise
